Ho fatto l' ordine in prossimità delle feste natalizie temendo che la consegna potesse tardare, trattandosi di un regalo da effettuare in quel giorno. La consegna è stata effettuata ancora prima della data indicata. Il prodotto è stato gradito e apprezzato. Ma su questo non avevo dubbi in quanto già acquistato in precedenza. Sarebbe gradito se fosse inclusa una bella confezione che ne darebbe il giusto prestigio.

Kurz vor Weihnachten bestellt und trotzdem rechtzeitig angekommen! Meine Frage, die ich nach der Bestellung gestellt hatte, wurde umgehend und adäquat beantwortet. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass die Figuren nicht in Deutschland versendet werden. Der Versand dauert deshalb länger. Die Verpackung war super und alle Figuren kamen unversehrt bei mir an. Il sito è fatto molto bene perché permette di trovare l'articolo esatto che si sta cercando. Ho acquistato statuine per il presepe di Fontanini che non riuscivo a trovare nei pochi negozi che vendono articoli per presepe. The look on my sister and Brother in Law's faces when they opened it up! They loved it. The colours, and quality were marvellous and excellent and you could tell they were thrilled. Such an unusual present. Paying was easy through Amazon, and also it was reassuring with something coming all the way from Milan, that I could track it all the way. Very professional and well wrapped! I was very very pleased with my sister and brother in law. The colours were better even than in the pictures.

Der Bestellvorgang bei Holyart war sehr einfach. Ich habe viele verschiedene Christbaumkugeln bestellt, da wir unseren Baum für heuer komplett neu gestaltet wollten. Eine Kugel war durch die Lieferung zerbrochen, welches ich reklamiert habe. Bereits am Abend (Sonntag) erfolgte die Rückmeldung, dass die zerbrochene Kugel erstattet wird. Dies erfolgte ebenso umgehend. Die Lieferung aus Italien erfolgte innerhalb von wenigen Tagen. Die Verpackung war wirklich gut, aber Glaskugeln können nun mal brechen (insbesondere wenn ich daran denke wie diverse Logistiker mit den Paketen umgehen). Bin mit Holyart bislang sehr zufrieden, habe gleich nochmals zwei Bestellungen getätigt.

Il sito funziona egregiamente, l'ordine è stato semplice e la consegna veloce e precisa. Ho acquistato un bue e un asinello del presepe bianco piccolo di Bethleem che ho fatto spedire a mio figlio in Lussemburgo. E successivamente ho acquistato un Gesù bambino sempre dello stesso presepe. Entrambe le consegne sono andate molto bene Una spedizione e stata a Novembre(17/11/2024) e un altra a dicembre (13/12/2024)

Hello, The experience was almost perfect. The only problem was I had ordered the Blue hooded sweatshirt for the Jubilee 2025 pilgrim kit in size 3x for my husband and the sweatshirt that came said 3x but it is not a true 3x, more like a small women's size. I donated it to the church for someone to wear for Christmas. Other than that, great place to order from, fast delivery, will continue to shop with you only, for any religious items.
