I am absolutely pleased with everything

The only problem I had in ordering was when the company I have my card through wasn't sure it was me placing the order...once I assured them it was me then my order went straight through and I received my item in record time...it was so wonderfully packaged there was no way it would be damaged in transit and it was exactly as shown...I couldn't find this item anywhere else so I am absolutely pleased with everything and will definitely order from them again!

Ho ordinato una statuina di Moranduzzo più 2 piccoli oggetti per il presepe ed è arrivato un giorno esatto dopo, ben imballato e perfettamente corrispondente all immagine sul sito. Oltretutto mi era stato inviato per email, qualche giorno prima ,un codice da inserire al momento della acquisto che mi permetteva di non pagare le spesse di spedizione. Molto soddisfatta.

It was slightly more expensive than similar items you can buy in the UK which retail around £12-£15 for similar quality, however I was prepared to pay more because it was a perfect gift for someone. Personalmente he encontrado algúna dificultad en el pago por transferencia donde el Banco Santander no pudo realizar el pago y esto causó mucha tardanza en la entrega de los productos. The price of the Chalice and Paten was exact in US dollars. You had notified me that it might take time to get the Chalice and Paten, up to sixty days. That was OK since I had no expectations or deadlines, and it was a pleasant surprise when you notified me that it had shipped about two weeks later. The whole experience in dealing with Holyart was tremendous in every way - the whole process was first class. When the goods arrived however although the quality was superb - there were no pockets in the items and therefore not suitable, therefore the items have been returned to you for credit to my credit card. Salve gentile incaricato del servizio clienti di Holyart, posso testimoniare che sono rimasta soddisfatta del servizio e dei prodotti. Per effettuare l'ordine non ci sono problemi, procedura di semplice comprensione ed attuazione (ho avuto un solo problema ma è dipeso unicamente da me che ho letto male, ultimamente ho qualche problema con la vista). L'imballo era sicuramente adeguato, per quanto mi riguarda. Ben fatto. Sono molto contenta degli articoli, sono anche meglio di quello che credevo e ad un prezzo molto buono. Mi rammarico di aver preso i quadri della misura 25x30 e non una misura più grande, tranne in un caso. Le immagini sono belle e nitide. Quando li ho tolti dall'imballaggio erano in perfette condizioni. Mi piacerebbe fare altri acquisti da voi, vi ringrazio per il servizio rapido e puntuale.
