My experience with your company was 100 % satisfactory many many thanks. This was my first time dealing with you, but i certainly will be back. The cost of my item was displayed very well, and the item (tapered candles) arrived very well packed and exactly as i had expected they would be. They actually arrived one day ahead of time, and tracking was very easy to follow and up to the minute. The only difficulty i had was in the format you have laid out for shipping address. This format does not apply to every country, and i did have a lot of difficulty in trying to enter the format used here in ireland. It would be much better to just leave that space as blank, then the various countries could fill it in, in the format of their own country. Apart from that, it was indeed a very easy experience dealing with you and i certainly will be a return customer. Well done.

The amount I chose was clear and was in pounds; I did not realise the parcel would be arriving from Italy when I ordered but the item you had in stock was the nicest one I had seen so I didn't mind. Solidly made, full of great details and wonderful colour. I appreciate the care you have all shown in communication and especially in shipping. I have a statue coming to me from Canada that has been sitting in the US Customs in Chicago since June 2. I worry I may never see that one! But that’s because they used the USPS. Your sending this via FedEx made all the difference- especially as we still suffer from the political attack Trump made on the USPS.

Many thanks for this feedback request on what was in fact my second order with you. In both cases, the order system was relatively simply to some companies I have dealt with, and the visualisation of the products (a beech tabernacle and stature of mary) were accurate and did not let the product down. As regards delivery, both were within five working days (which I consider good for travel from North Italy) and the items were extremely well packed. The surprising thing is that although there are religious supply companies in England, HolyArt compares exceptionally well on product range, pricing, and quality; and will be the company which I will look at first from now on!
