Delivery problem perfectly resolved
There was a problem with delivery, my adress was incomplete. Costumar service was swift and helpfull and ensured a reshipment to the correct adress without aditional charges. So, I am a happy costumar and will return to this webshop in the future for sure.

Non è la prima volta che acquisto da holyart e il primo merito che attribuisco ad un fornitore è proprio la capacità di relazionarsi con il cliente per risolvere un qualsiasi problema, nel mio caso siete stati eccellenti perché nonostante l'evasione dell'ordine era prevista in tempi un po lunghi avete fatto in modo di avere a disposizione il mio articolo in tempi brevi . Questa azienda in più occasioni mi è stata molto vicina . È stata capace di ascoltarmi e soddisfarmi sia con i suoi prodotti d.o.c. . Che con il suo personale Hanno arricchito il mio presepe arabo-nordico in un modo fine ed elegante . Suggestivi sono i suoi casolari ben imballati con il trasporto arrivati a casa mia in due o max 3 giorni ,intatti con cura e molta professionalità gli addetti hai lavori . Nel mondo religioso consiglio holyart e se vuoi arricchire il tuo presepe .complimenti chi risponde al telefono .

El embalaje mejor que bueno, no sólo estaban bien protegidos los artículos, sino que incluso algunos de ellos los regale en la misma caja en que venían a la que añadí un lazo y gustó mucho Algunos de los objetos eran frágiles y llegaron en perfecto estado. Con el tercer pedido no tuve suerte con el repartidor, pero la atención al cliente fue estupenda, como pocas veces ocurre. Volveré a comprar y la recomiendo sin reservas

Thank you for replacing my order that I did not receive even though delivery was claimed.
