I love this company

I live in the USA and ordered two tree bases. I was SHOCKED when they arrived in a week from Italy!!! Talk about fast shipping! Incredible. On top of that they were fantastic, amazing quality, and exactly as described and NOT harmed while being shipped. I cannot even order something locally without it being broken... but from Italy and arrived in perfect condition. Great company. I will be back.

I started purchasing from Holy Art on the recommendation of my pastor. I had been disappointed in the quality of a reliquary I had bought at different site and was looking for a place to buy beautiful reliquaries of exceptional quality. Holy Art’s reliquaries have exceeded all my expectations! Those that I have purchased from Holy Art (at least ten reliquaries, perhaps more, consisting of three different models) are absolutely beautiful; all those I have purchased are of exceptional quality both in materials and workmanship, truly beautiful to behold. Holy Art’s shipping is timely, and the items are packaged very securely with lots of padding and protection. I have never had an issue that merited a call to customer service. Von Deutschland in die Toskana per App

Eigentlich kam ich über eine Suche nach Ledermappen DIN A5 für den Predigtdienst auf Holyart und bin dann an den tollen Klosterorodukten hängen geblieben.Sie stammen zum Teil aus einem Kloster in der Toskana,wo ich vor vielen Jahren mit meiner italienischen Familie zu Besuch war.Das Sortiment von anfänglich Kräuterlikören hat sich enorm erweitert bis zu Kosmetikprodukten.Speziell eine Heilsalbe aus Bienengift hat mir bei neinen Athroseschmerzen schon sehr geholfen und ich habe sie daher mehrfach weiterempfohlen.Nun kann man ganz bequem über die Holyart-App bestellen und auch tolle Rabattaktionen " mitnehmen". Die Lieferung kommt pünktlich,alles sicher verpackt:).Trotzdem möchte ich einmal wieder in die Toskana zu einer Klosterbesichtigung reisen.( Camaldoli).

Obsługa klienta naprawdę wyrozumiała i w pełni pomocna na kazdym etapie obsługi przed i po sprzedażowej. Pomimo, że za pierwszym razem przesyłka przyszła ze zniszczona szopką to po reklamacji obsługa zapewniła, że pakujący bardziej przyłożą się do wysyłki i faktycznie tak było. Sam towar tj szopka bardzo ładna i stała się prawdziwa świąteczną ozdobą, chętnie dokupimy więcej elementów w następne święta.

I ordered a nativity scene. Arrived really quickly despite the busy Christmas period. It was well packaged and looked even better than the pictures themselves. A minor issue with the delivery that was quickly resolved by excellent customer care.

Die bestellte Diakonen-Stola in Rosa ist von sehr schöner Qualität in robustem, festem Stoff. Die Applikationen sind sehr sauber ausgeführt, ebenso die Nähte. Mir gefällt neben dem Design besonders die breite Machart der Stola; da dürfte nichts knittern. Wie gewohnt wurde Bestellung sehr zügig bearbeitet und vor der avisierten Lieferzeit (trotz Adventszeit) geliefert. Bestell- und Lieferabwicklung einwandfrei. Hier bestelle ich immer wieder gerne.

I ordered a 30 cm hand-painted statue of St. Peter. The statue arrived very quickly and I was surprised how fast it came knowing that it was coming from Italy. This is the second statue that I ordered from Holy Art and most times I was very confident that I was getting a quality product. I ordered a Pastoral cross of Pope John Paul II 38 cm silver plated. The cross was an awesome representation of the pope's cross. Communicating with the company was extremely easy and the response on a small issue was quick and the issue was rectified immediately. This company is awesome and their product are equally awesome. J'ai découvert ce site il y a plus de six ans en cherchant de grandes bougies et j’y ai trouvé mon bonheur depuis je ne m'en lasse plus. J'ai commandé pour Noël un tapis de sapin qui fait son effet ainsi que plusieurs villages de Noël. Abbiamo sempre avuto una grande esperienza con il servizio clienti Holyart: quest'anno ci hanno sostituito senza problemi una statuina acquistata per errore con un'altra di pari valore, mandando un corriere a prendere il reso senza costi. Lo scorso anno ci avevano inviato un pescatore senza canna da pesca, ci hanno lasciato la statuina acquistata e ce ne hanno inviata una nuova completa.

Choix vaste et livraison en une semaine

Le chois le plus vaste en articles religieux pour l'Europe, je dirais, en tout cas livrant en France et prévoyant un affichage en français. j'ai pu trouver des accessoires de crèches que je ne trouve pas en France. Livraison en 7 à 10 jours mais le délai est respecté. Donc il faut s'y prendre à l'avance mais venant d'Italie, l'acheminement n'est pas si long finalement

Les commandes arrivent très rapidement. Le service client est très bon, très réactif et cherchera toujours une solution à vos problèmes. Le site dispose d'un large choix qui pourra ravir tout le monde. Concernant les colis, je n'ai jamais eu de soucis, sauf une fois, une chandelle a été cassée à cause du transport. L'article a été remboursé dans la journée.

Nonostante l’imballaggio sia arrivato apparentemente intonso, una statuina risultava rotta in un punto. Ho seguito le istruzioni e ho immediatamente comunicato ad Holyart che hanno prontamente risposto e hanno inviato una nuova statuina in garanzia. Il giorno successivo era già arrivata. I prezzi sono buoni (rispetto a certi mercatini di Natale) e sono molto ben organizzati. Le statuine sono bellissime.

Ho acquistato un bassorilievo in argento con foglie in oro zecchino con cornice in legno raffigurante la Sacra Famiglia. L’articolo è di manifattura di rara raffinatezza…..in altre parole bassorilievo meraviglioso! Ho inoltre comprato un piccolo presepe in fine porcellana a carillon anch’esso bellissimo ed i 5 Gesu’ Bambino sono deliziosi . L’imballaggio è accurato, le confezioni sono molto belle e la spedizione è puntuale.
