Terms of payment

Holyart.it allows 6 methods of payment:

• Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners)
• Swift Transfer
• Paypal
• Prepaid Cards (Visa Electron)
• Gift Certificate

Credit Card

In case of goods purchase via Credit Card, upon conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank institute shall provide authorization inherent to the sole purchase amount effected. Such amount shall be charged on the customer credit card only upon ordered goods delivery . The information supplied are handled in such way as to guarantee absolute safety of the transaction.

In case of order cancellation (for any reason!), the transaction cancellation is immediately requested and we will refund you the money spent within maximum 4 days from order cancellation (possibly within 48 hours). You just need to contact us, via email, telephone and/or fax, and tell us the bank account number on which to deposit the money. WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU THAT, IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE REFUND ON YOUR ACCOUNT, WE NEED THE IBAN CODE OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Swift Transfer

If your choice is the swift transfer click on the "Complete your order" which shall finely end the transaction, without having to go through other steps. You will receive both information on your order summary ad those necessary to the execution to the swift transfer. In any case here follow our bank detail for Swift Transfer:

For the swift payment please follow the procedure here below:

• The Swift Transfer should take place within 3 working days from order submission;
• The object of payment via swift transfer should state: customer order number, order date, customer's name and surname.

Order will not be shipped until full payment is credited on our bank account (C.R.O. number or transfer receipt sent via fax or email). Time of delivery shall include those days spent for bank transactions.

Secure credit card trasaction

In order to guarantee secure credit card transactions, holyart.it has partnered with Verisign to offer payment processing services for online merchants via a secure server which encrypts transaction data and make their intercepting by external users impossible.
Upon payment of your order by credit card, holyart.it will immediately redirect you to a secure web page (SSL) of the bank which will deal with your transaction. On this webpage, you can insert your credit card details (number and date of expiry), these data are directly transmitted to the bank, offering you the best guarantee of secure payment.

Unlike traditional shops, where your credit card details can be seen by shop assistants, waiters, etc, online transactions are completely secure because nobody, neither holyart, can have or see the data of customers' credit cards. The credit card is exclusively used for payment procedures; if the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an instant confirmation and holyart.it will only receive a receipt number from the bank. Your credit card number will never appear in our archives.

You can verify that you are operating in a security in the following ways:

• You will receive a message directly from your programme;
• You can control that the address of the webpage on which you are operating is preceded by https;
• You can check the symbol appearing on the bottom left or right; if you see a key or a lock, this means that SSL is working correctly.
