The hollow shape to contain incense (and in fact not wasting anything), but some charcoal turns on but then it stops and does not burn. Useless any attempt to turn them on again. That said, I think it is a great product, mon smoke and does not smell.

I purchased this package, but instead 144 carbonelle, as described in the site, it contains only 100. MONICA RESPONDS: thanks a lot!!! You are absolutely right.
